What Is Malnutrition?
Malnutrition and its consequences has one of the biggest impacts on health and social care. Early screening/intervention for malnutrition and an implementation of a 'Food First' nutritional action plan in a community setting can improve patient outcomes, reduce cost on health and social care, and improve patient satisfaction.

Developed by registered dietitians at Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber (RDaSH) NHS Foundation Trust, to reduce the prevalence of malnutrition and its consequences, our training and resources are aimed at patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
